Where do you deliver?
We deliver to suburbs across Cape Town, including the city centre, the Southern and Northern Suburbs, the Cape Flats, Hout Bay and Fish Hoek. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery fee for your area.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a fixed fee based on your area, from R300 in Parow, Goodwood and Bothasig to R600 for Fish Hoek and Khayelitsha. The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1 to 4 working days of payment clearing. Steel beds and steel bunk beds have a lead time of 3 to 4 weeks from date of order, and made-to-order furniture takes 10 to 15 days to manufacture; this is shown on each product.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online through PayFast, South Africa's secure payment gateway. You are taken to PayFast at checkout and returned to our site once payment is complete.
Do you have a showroom?
No. Discount Beds is an online store. You can browse and order everything on this website, and call us on 073 233 8521 if you have any questions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Let us know within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@discountbeds.co.za. We will arrange an exchange or refund; approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 days. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.
